Pan-Seared Red Snapper with Crusty Knots
A simple yet flavorful dish featuring pan-seared red snapper paired with crispy knots.

- ●1 cup flourall-purpose flour
- ●1 bag (12-15 knots) knots

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Season the flour with salt and pepper.

3. Dredge the red snapper fillets in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.

4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with 2 tablespoons of oil.

5. Add the dredged snapper fillets to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.

6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through.
