Moroccan Cod Stew
A hearty and flavorful stew made with cod, robust and light spices, and traditional moroccan harira. Serve with a side of crusty bread.

Ingredients
- β500g codfresh or frozen
- β2 tsp robustMoroccan spice blend
- β1 tsp lightMoroccan spice blend
- β2 tbsp moroccanharissa or chili paste
- βto taste salt
- β2 cups hariradried lentil soup mix

Instructions

Rinse the cod and pat dry with paper towels.

Heat a large pot over medium heat.

Add the robust, light, and moroccan spices, and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add the harira and 4 cups of water, and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add the cod to the pot, cover, and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.

Season with salt to taste.

Serve the stew hot, garnished with fresh parsley or cilantro.
