Lentil Curry with Saudi Arabian Spice
Inspired by German cuisine, this dish combines the flavors of Arabia with the comfort of a hearty lentil curry. Serve with some crusty bread or over rice for a satisfying meal.

- β2 tsp Saudi Arabian Spice Blend
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- β1 lb Grill-Seasoned Beef Sausage (German-style)
- β2 cups Chicken Broth
- β1 cup Aromatic Rice
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
Instructions

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add sliced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
