Thai-Style Grilled Lentil Cakes
A flavorful and healthy dish inspired by the streets of Thailand, featuring grilled lentil cakes infused with aromatic spices.
Ingredients

- β2 tsp saudi Arabian spice blend
- β1 tsp grill seasoning
- β1/2 cup onionfinely chopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1/2 cup eggplantfinely chopped

Soak the red lentils in water for at least 4 hours.

Drain and rinse the lentils, then mash them in a bowl.
