Chinese Lentil Kabobs
Grilled lentil skewers with an aromatic twist, inspired by Saudi Arabian flavors.

- β1 cup LentilsCooked
- β2 tbsp Aromatic rice vinegarFor marinade
- β1/4 cup Olive oilFor grilling
- β1 tsp Saudia Arabian spice blendFor added flavor
- β2 tbsp Lime juiceFor marinade

- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantroFor garnish

Instructions

Soak 1 cup of lentils overnight and cook according to package instructions.

Mix cooked lentils with 2 tbsp of rice vinegar, 1 tsp of Saudia Arabian spice blend, and 2 tbsp of lime juice.

Thread the lentil mixture onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Brush the grill with 1/4 cup of olive oil and preheat to medium-high heat.

Grill the lentil skewers for 5-7 minutes per side, until lightly charred.
