Crispy Fried Fish Tacos
A twist on traditional fish tacos, topped with crispy fried fish, herbs and a hint of Vietnamese flavor.
Ingredients
- β4 Fish Fillets
- β8 Corn Tortillas
- βa handful Herbs (Cilantro, Parsley)
- β2 tbsp Vietnamese Chili Sauce
- β2 tbsp Lime Juice
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- βfor frying Vegetable Oil
- βa handful Fried Onions (optional)

1. Cut the fish fillets into small pieces and season with salt and pepper.

2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

3. Fry the fish pieces until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.

4. Drain the fried fish on paper towels.

5. Warm the corn tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

6. Assemble the tacos by placing a few pieces of fried fish onto a tortilla, followed by a spoonful of Vietnamese chili sauce and a sprinkle of herbs.

7. Serve immediately and garnish with fried onions if desired.
