Indian-Style Stir Fry
Quick and flavorful Indian-style stir fry made with your choice of protein and a blend of aromatic spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Chicken breastboneless, skinless
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oilfor frying
- β1 medium Onionthinly sliced
- β1 medium Bell pepperthinly sliced
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon Garam Masalaground
- β1 teaspoon Cuminground
- β1/2 teaspoon Turmericground
- βto taste Salt

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add more oil to the skillet if necessary, then add the onion and bell pepper.

Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the garlic, garam masala, cumin, and turmeric to the skillet.
