Vietnamese Keto Beef Stir Fry
Quick and easy keto stir fry with beef, herbs, and a hint of Vietnamese flavors. This dish can be cooked in under 30 minutes and is perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Beef strips (sirloin)Cut into thin strips
- β2 tablespoons Vietnamese stir-fry sauceMake sure it's sugar-free
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantroChopped
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 tablespoon Vegetable oilFor cooking
- βto taste SaltAdjust to your liking
- βto taste Black pepperAdjust to your liking

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
