- β2 tbsp Umami paste
- β1/4 cup, ground Bliss seeds
- β1/2 cup Coconut flour
- β2 large Eggs
- β1/4 cup Shredded coconut
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

1. In a bowl, mix together ackee, umami paste, bliss seeds, coconut flour, eggs, shredded coconut, salt, and black pepper.
