Ackee and Umami Frittata
A delicious Italian-inspired breakfast dish featuring ackee, umami, and blissful flavors.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, canned, drained and chopped ackee
- β2 cups umami mushroom broth
- β6 eggs
- β1/2 cup grated bliss cheese
- βto taste salt
- βchopped, for garnish fresh parsley

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large skillet, heat the umami mushroom broth over medium heat.

Add the chopped ackee to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and a pinch of salt.

Pour the egg mixture over the ackee in the skillet and cook until the eggs are almost set.

Sprinkle the grated bliss cheese over the top of the eggs.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set and the cheese is melted and golden brown.

Remove the skillet from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
