Croatian Spring Pasta Stir Fry
A quick and easy Chinese-inspired stir fry made with zesty Croatian spring onions and delicious pasta. This dish is perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 bunch Croatian spring onionsChopped
- β8 oz PastaCooked al dente
- β2 tbsp ZestySoy sauce
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 tsp GingerGrated
- β1 tsp Sesame oil
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh cilantro

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped spring onions and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the zesty (soy sauce), sesame oil, and grated ginger.
