Thai Zesty Spring Pasta
A light and refreshing Thai-inspired pasta dish, perfect for a quick weeknight meal. The zesty lemon and lime flavors pair well with the spring vegetables.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Pasta
- β2 Spring onions
- β2 tbsp Zesty lemon zestFreshly grated
- β2 tbsp Lime juice
- β1 tbsp Croatian olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- βhandful Fresh cilantro
- β1 Thai chili peppersSliced
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat the Croatian olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced Thai chili peppers and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the spring onions and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until tender.
