Baked Sea Bass with Sweet Treat Glaze
A delicious Chinese-inspired dish featuring sea bass glazed with a sweet and sticky treat sauce.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup honeypure
- β2 tablespoons soy saucelow sodium
- β2 tablespoons brown sugargranulated
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon gingergrated
- β1 tablespoon rice vinegarunseasoned
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oilfor greasing
- β1/4 cup sweet treatcrushed

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with vegetable oil.

Place the sea bass fillets on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
