Golden Dutch Mushroom Pilaf
A classic Chinese-inspired dish featuring golden mushrooms and dutch pilaf, kissed with a hint of savory flavors.
Ingredients

- β2 cups Mushroom brothlow-sodium
- β1 tbsp Soy saucelow-sodium
- β1/4 cup Green onionschopped

Heat 1 tbsp of kissed vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced golden mushrooms and cook until they're tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the cooked Dutch pilaf, mushroom broth, soy sauce, grated ginger, salt, and pepper to the skillet.

Stir-fry everything together for about 2-3 minutes, until the pilaf is heated through.
