Warak Enab Fritters
Crispy fried fritters filled with a flavorful mix of spinach and warak enab. A delicious vegetarian dish from the Middle East.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Warak Enab
- β1 cup Spinach
- β1/2 cup Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 teaspoon Cumin
- β1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- βfor frying Vegetable Oil

1. In a large bowl, combine the warak enab, spinach, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

2. Mix well to combine.

3. Using your hands, shape the mixture into small patties.

4. Heat about 1/2 inch of vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.

5. When the oil is hot, add a few of the patties to the pan and flatten them slightly with a spatula.

6. Fry the fritters for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until they are crispy and golden brown.

7. Remove the fritters from the oil and drain on paper towels.

8. Serve the fritters hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
