Thai Stuffed Enab Wraps
Delicious Thai-inspired stuffed enab wraps with crispy tofu, eastern-style spices, and a hint of warak.

- β4 EnabMedium-sized
- β1/2 cup Crispy tofuCrumble it into small pieces
- β1 tsp Eastern spicesMix of Thai red chili, cumin, and coriander
- β1 tsp GingerGrate it finely
- β2 tsp Lime juiceFreshly squeezed
- β1 tsp Soy sauceLow-sodium
- β1/4 cup Chopped warakFinely chopped

1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. Cut the enab in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides.

3. In a pan, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the crispy tofu and cook until golden brown.

4. In a bowl, mix the eastern spices, ginger, lime juice, and soy sauce.

5. Stuff each enab half with the tofu mixture, followed by some chopped warak.

6. Place the stuffed enab on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
