Italian Stuffed Warak Enab
A creative twist on traditional Italian dishes, this recipe combines crispy phyllo pastry with the Middle Eastern flavors of warak enab.
Ingredients
- β1 package Warak Enab
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 cup Feta Cheesecrumbly
- β1/4 cup Fresh Parsleychopped
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β1 tsp Middle Eastern Spice Blend

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Thaw the warak enab according to package instructions.

In a bowl, mix together garlic, feta cheese, parsley, salt, black pepper, and Middle Eastern spice blend.

Place a warak enab on a flat surface and spoon some of the cheese mixture onto the center of the pastry.

Fold the pastry over the filling and press the edges to seal.

Repeat with the remaining warak enab and cheese mixture.

Brush the tops of the warak enab with olive oil.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
