Smoky Thai Gratin Chicken
A twist on traditional Thai flavors, this smoky chicken gratin dish is sure to become a favorite. With the crunch of casabe and the tang of coconut milk, this meal is a true delight.
Ingredients
- β1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- β1 cup, crushed casabe
- β1 cup, shredded gratin cheese
- β1 can coconut milk
- β1 tsp smoky paprika
- β1 tsp brown sugar
- β1 tsp fish sauce
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
- βchopped, for garnish fresh cilantro
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, smoky paprika, and brown sugar.

In a large skillet, heat a couple tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and sear until browned on both sides.

Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour in the coconut milk.

Sprinkle the grated cheese and crushed casabe over the top of the chicken.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
