Casabe Crusted Pork Chops with Smoky Gratin
A hearty, German-inspired dish featuring crispy pork chops topped with a smoky gratin and served alongside a side of crispy casabe.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup, crushed casabe
- ●2 tsp smoky paprika
- ●1 tsp salt

- ●1 medium, thinly sliced onion
- ●3 cloves, minced garlic
- ●1 cup, shredded gratin cheese
- ●1 cup all-purpose flour

In a shallow dish, mix together the crushed casabe and flour.
