Smoky Italian Casabe Fritters
A crispy and flavorful Italian-inspired snack made with casabe, smoky spices, and a hint of French flair. Perfect for munching on while enjoying a cozy evening.

- β1/2 cup gratin cheeseshredded
- β1 tsp smoky paprikaground
- β1 tsp french thymedried
- β1/4 cup cozy olive oilfor frying
- β1/2 tsp saltto taste

Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine the crushed casabe, shredded gratin cheese, ground smoky paprika, and dried french thyme.

Mix well to combine.

Using a spoon, drop small balls of the casabe mixture into the hot oil, about 1 tablespoon each.

Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, until crispy and golden brown.
