Smoky Casabe Gratin
A gluten-free, smoky twist on the classic French gratin, featuring crispy casabe croutons.
Ingredients
- β1 (12 oz) package CasabeCrushed or torn into small pieces
- β1 cup, shredded Smoked Gouda Cheese
- β2 tbsp, chopped Fresh Thyme
- β4 oz, softened Cozy Cream Cheese
- β Salt and Pepper
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β1/4 cup, chopped Fresh ParsleyFor garnish

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a food processor, pulse the crushed casabe until coarsely chopped.

In a separate bowl, mix the shredded smoked Gouda cheese, chopped fresh thyme, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spread half of the casabe croutons in an even layer.

Top with the cheese mixture, followed by the remaining casabe croutons.

In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and chopped fresh parsley.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of the casabe croutons.

Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
