Fish Tacos
A delicious and easy Mexican recipe featuring fish, with a tangy twist.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Fishwhite fish such as tilapia or mahi-mahi
- β2 tablespoons Malaysian Fish Sauceor regular fish sauce
- β1 cup Whipped Sour Creamfor serving
- β4-6 Tortillascorn or flour
- β2 tablespoons Lime Juicefreshly squeezed
- β1/4 cup Cilantrochopped, for garnish
- βto taste Saltfor seasoning
- βto taste Pepperfor seasoning
- β1 tablespoon Olive Oilfor frying
