Creamy Fish Soup
A French-inspired fish soup made with a creamy broth and topped with whipped cream.
Ingredients
- ●1 pound Fish (Cod or Tilapia)
- ●1 medium Onion
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●2 medium Potatoes
- ●1 cup Heavy Cream
- ●1 cup Whipped Cream
- ●to taste Salt
- ●to taste Black Pepper

1. Chop the onion and garlic, and sauté them in a large pot until softened.

2. Add the fish to the pot and cook until it's opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

3. Add the potatoes, salt, and pepper to the pot, and pour in enough water to cover the ingredients.

4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer and cook until the potatoes are tender.

5. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the soup has thickened slightly.

6. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
