Warm Portuguese Wrap
A delicious and easy vegetarian wrap filled with warm and wilted Portuguese flavors.
Ingredients
- β1 Large flour tortillaany type will do
- β100g Portuguese cheeseany type will do
- β100g Wilted kaleuse fresh and wilt in a pan with olive oil
- β100g Herbal hummusmake your own or use store-bought
- β50g Warm roasted red peppersuse any leftover peppers
- β10g Fresh parsleychopped
Instructions

Heat a pan with some olive oil and cook the wilted kale until warmed through.

Warm the tortilla by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20 seconds.

Spread the herbal hummus over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

Add the warm kale on top of the hummus.

Slice the Portuguese cheese and add it on top of the kale.

Add the warm roasted red peppers on top of the cheese.

Sprinkle some chopped parsley over the top.

Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly.

Slice in half and serve immediately.
