- β2 tbsp Herbal Olive Oil
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β2 tbsp Lemon Juice

- β1 Warm Wrap

1. Wash the Portuguese kale and remove the stems.

2. Heat the herbal olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
