Portuguese Chicken Wrap
A spicy chicken wrap with a blend of Indian and Portuguese flavors, wrapped in a warm, wilted wrap.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastboneless and skinless
- β2 teaspoons portuguese chicken masalaavailable at most Indian grocery stores
- β1 teaspoon cumin powder
- β1 teaspoon coriander powder
- β1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- β1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- β1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
- β1/2 cup yogurt
- β2 tablespoons ghee or vegetable oil
- β1 warm, wilted wrap
- β1/4 cup fresh cilantro

1. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

2. In a bowl, mix together chicken breast, portuguese chicken masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala, and red chili powder.

3. Add yogurt to the bowl and mix well.

4. Add the mixture to the preheated pan and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

5. Meanwhile, warm the wrap in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.

6. Assemble the wrap by placing the cooked chicken in the center of the wrap, followed by a sprinkle of fresh cilantro.

7. Drizzle ghee or vegetable oil over the chicken and wrap.
