Pan-Seared Portuguese Chicken Wrap
A flavorful French-inspired dish with crispy chicken, fresh herbs, and warm wrap. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

- β2 Portuguese chicken breastboneless and skinless
- β1/4 cup Fresh herbal mix (parsley, thyme, rosemary)chopped
- β1 Warm wrap (gluten-free)flour tortilla
- β1 small Red onionthinly sliced
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantrochopped
- βto taste Salt and pepper
- β2 Lemon wedgesfor serving
- β2 tbsp Herb buttersoftened

2. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs.

3. In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of herb butter over medium-high heat.

4. Sear the chicken breast for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through.

6. Meanwhile, warm the wrap by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

7. Spread the remaining 1 tablespoon of herb butter on the warm wrap.
