Wilted Portuguese Keto Wrap
A flavorful keto wrap filled with wilted greens, portuguese sausage, and herbal notes.
Ingredients
- β4 slices Portuguese Sausage
- β1 bunch Spinachwilted
- β1 wrap Almond Flour Tortilla
- β2 tablespoons Avocado Oil
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1/4 cup Fresh Parsleychopped
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- β1 slice Mozzarella Cheese (full-fat)
- β1/4 teaspoon Fresh Thymedried

1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.

2. Slice the portuguese sausage into thin strips and cook in the skillet until browned.

3. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

4. Add the wilted spinach and cook until wilted.

5. Warm the almond flour tortilla in the microwave for 10 seconds.

6. Assemble the wrap by placing the cooked sausage mixture on one half of the tortilla.

7. Top with sliced mozzarella cheese and chopped fresh parsley.

8. Fold the tortilla in half and cook in the skillet for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the wrap is crispy.
