Pan-Seared Scallops with Ginger and Honey

- β12-15 halal scallopsfresh and of good quality
- β2 medjool datespitted and chopped
- β2 tablespoons delight soy saucelow sodium
- β2 inches gingergrated
- β2 tablespoons honey pure and raw
- β1 tablespoon vegetable oilfor pan-frying
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped, for garnish

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, ginger, and honey until well combined.
