- β4-6 dates medjool dates
- β1/4 cup coconut sugar
- β1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- β1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- βpinch salt
- β1 tablespoon ghee
- β2 tablespoons delight milk

1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

2. Cut the dates in half lengthwise and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
