Thai-Style Cherry Flatbread with Crispy Topping

Ingredients

- β1/4 cup Cherry jamhomemade or store-bought
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauceuse gluten-free soy sauce for gluten-free option
- β1 tablespoon Honeyadjust to taste
- β1/4 cup Sesame seedstoasted or untoasted
- β1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbstoasted until crispy
- β1 teaspoon Fermented chili pasteadjust to taste
- β1/2 cup Crispy shallotsstore-bought or homemade
