Crispy Cherry Chicken Gyoza
A Japanese-inspired dish that combines crispy gyoza with a sweet and savory cherry sauce, perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup cherry jamhomemade or store-bought
- β2 tablespoons soy saucelow-sodium
- β1 tablespoon sesame oilfor cooking
- β1 package, cut into small pieces flatbreador gyoza wrappers
- β1/4 cup, thinly sliced green onionsfor garnish

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the pan and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the cherry jam, soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of water to the pan. Stir to combine.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
