Cherry BBQ Chicken Tacos
A twist on traditional tacos, featuring cherry BBQ sauce and crispy flatbread.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- β1/4 cup Cherry BBQ saucehomemade or store-bought
- β4-6 slices Crispy flatbreadfound in most grocery stores or made from scratch
- β1/2 cup Sliced red onion
- β1/4 cup Diced fresh cilantro
- β1 medium Sliced avocado
- β2 Sliced lime
- β Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Bake chicken in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.

While the chicken is cooking, warm the flatbread slices in the oven for 2-3 minutes.

In a small saucepan, heat the cherry BBQ sauce over medium heat.
