Slovakian Keto Pork Casserole
A hearty, keto-friendly Slovakian-inspired casserole made with ground pork, served in a rich and creamy sauce. Perfect for a comforting meal.

- β1 cup Dense Slovakian Bread, cubed
- β1/2 cup Sour Cream
- β1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- β1 medium Onion, diced
- β2 cloves Garlic, minced
- βto taste Salt

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

Cook the ground pork in a large skillet over medium-high heat, until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

Stir in the cubed Slovakian bread and cook for 2-3 minutes.
