Jersey Royal Potato Gratin
A creamy, flavorful potato gratin perfect for a cozy evening. This vegetarian dish is sure to please even the pickiest eaters.

- ●1 cup, shredded Aerated cheese
- ●2 tablespoons Floral butter
- ●1/4 cup Ukrainian bread crumbs

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Peel the potatoes and slice them into 1/8-inch thick rounds.

In a large saucepan, combine the sliced potatoes and enough cold water to cover them. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and set them aside to dry.

In a separate saucepan, melt the floral butter over medium heat. Add the shredded aerated cheese and stir until it's well combined and melted.

In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, create a layer of potatoes. Top with a layer of the cheese mixture, followed by a sprinkle of Ukrainian bread crumbs.

Repeat this process two more times, ending with a layer of potatoes on top.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
