- β2 large Jersey Royal potatoespeeled and cut into 1 cm wedges
- β2 tbsp Floral oilfor frying
- β1 cup Ukrainian rye flourfor taco shells
- β1 cup Aerated waterfor taco shells
- β1/2 cup Babkacubed and toasted for garnish
- βto taste Royal saltfor seasoning
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantrochopped for garnish
- β2 tbsp Lime juicefor serving

Instructions

Preheat oil in a deep frying pan to 180Β°C.

Fry potato wedges in batches until golden and crispy.

In a separate pan, warm Ukrainian rye flour over low heat.

Add Aerated water to the pan and stir to form a dough.
