Tart Pineapple Crumble
A sweet and tangy French-inspired dessert featuring a buttery tart crust, a pineapple filling, and a crunchy oat topping.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup unsalted buttercold and cubed
- β1/2 cup granulated sugar
- β1 cup pineapple chunks
- β2 tbsp tart jam
- β1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- β2 tbsp brown sugar
- β1/4 tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt. Add the cold butter and use a pastry blender or your fingers to work it into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.

Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom.

In a separate bowl, mix together the pineapple chunks and tart jam.

Arrange the pineapple mixture over the tart crust, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

In another bowl, mix together the oats, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt.

Add the oat mixture to the top of the pineapple filling, spreading it evenly to cover the entire surface.

Bake the tart for 40-45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the topping is crispy.
