Thai Crispy Pork Ribs
A spicy and crispy twist on traditional pork ribs, with a Thai-inspired flavor profile.
Ingredients
- β2 pounds Pork ribsCut into individual ribs for easier handling
- β1 cup Crispy rice flourAvailable at most Asian markets or online
- β1/4 cup Adventurous sauce (see notes)A spicy and sour sauce made with fish sauce, lime juice, and chili flakes. Adjust to taste.
- β2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- β1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 tablespoon GingerGrated
- β1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- β2 tablespoons Lime juice

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together adventurous sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes.

In a large bowl, toss pork ribs with vegetable oil until coated.

Add the garlic, ginger, and fish sauce to the bowl and toss until the ribs are evenly seasoned.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.

Add the pork ribs to the baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until the ribs are browned and caramelized.

Remove the ribs from the oven and brush with the adventurous sauce mixture.

Return the ribs to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and sticky.
