Crispy Pork Ribs
A sweet and sticky Asian-inspired dish with crispy pork ribs.
Ingredients
- β1 pound pork ribs
- β1/2 cup brown sugar
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- β1 cup crispy rice cereal
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon gingergrated

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.

Add the pork ribs to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with vegetable oil. Arrange the pork ribs on the baking sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes. Then, increase oven temperature to broil and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

While the ribs are cooking, crush the crispy rice cereal into fine crumbs.

Remove the ribs from the oven and brush with the remaining marinade. Sprinkle the crushed crispy rice cereal on top.

Return the ribs to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
