Vegetarian Aji Pasta
A flavorful and nutritious vegetarian pasta dish featuring the heat of aji peppers. This recipe is quick, easy, and perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- β2 aji pepperssliced
- β1/4 cup ac crunchychopped
- β2 tbsp umami sauce
- β1 tbsp olive oil
- β1 clove garlicminced
- βto taste salt
- β1/4 cup parmesan cheeseshaved

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the sliced aji peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
