- β1/4 cup aji
- β1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- βto taste salt
- βchopped, for garnish fresh parsley

Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

In a food processor, blend aji, umami, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
