Gluten-Free Bao Cream Biscuit Sandwich

- β1 cup Sweet creamwhipped
- β1 package Malaysian sweet biscuitscrushed
- β1 package Oreo biscuitscrushed
- β1 tablespoon Sugaroptional
- β1/4 cup Milkoptional
- β1 teaspoon Vanilla extractoptional

2. Crush the gluten-free biscuits and set aside.

3. Split the bao into halves and toast until lightly browned.

4. In a separate bowl, whip the sweet cream until stiff peaks form.

5. In another bowl, mix together the crushed Malaysian sweet biscuits and Oreo biscuits.

6. If desired, add sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to the whipped cream and mix well.

7. To assemble the sandwich, place a toasted bao half on a serving plate, followed by a dollop of whipped cream, a sprinkle of crushed biscuit mixture, and finally another toasted bao half.
