French Lentil Stew

- β2 medium, peeled and chopped Carrots
- β1 large, chopped Onions
- β2 stalks, chopped Celery
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- β4 cups Beef broth
- β1 cup Red wine
- β2 sprigs Thyme
- β2 leaves Bay leaves
