Knockout Hash with Yautia and Portuguese Sausage
A hearty breakfast dish combining crispy Knockout hash, pan-seared Portuguese sausage, and boiled yautia, served with a fried egg.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Knockout hash
- β2 links Portuguese sausagesliced
- β2 medium Yautiapeeled and chopped
- β4 Eggsfried
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the sliced Portuguese sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the chopped yautia to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until tender.

Push the sausage and yautia mixture to one side of the skillet.

Crack an egg into the empty side of the skillet and scramble until cooked through.

Repeat with the remaining 3 eggs.

Add the Knockout hash to the skillet and stir to combine with the sausage and yautia mixture.
