Savory German Vegetable Biryani
A hearty vegetarian dish that brings the flavors of Germany and India together in a delicious biryani. This recipe features a variety of sautéed vegetables and aromatic spices.
Ingredients

- ●1 large, sliced red bell pepper
- ●1 medium, chopped onion
- ●1 medium, sliced zucchini
- ●1 tsp german allspice
- ●1 tsp garam masala
- ●2 cups brazilian basmati rice

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the onion, bell pepper, and carrots. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.

Add the zucchini, allspice, and garam masala. Sauté for 2 minutes.
