- β200g Jucy meat (pork or chicken)
- β2 tbsp Sesame oil
- β1 tbsp Fish sauce
- β1 tsp Sugar
- β1 tsp Chili flakes
- βchopped Fresh cilantrofor garnish

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Brush flatbread with sesame oil

Grill flatbread for 2-3 minutes per side, until crispy and slightly charred.
