Italian-Style Flatbread
A crispy and flavorful flatbread inspired by Italian cuisine, perfect for snacking or as a side dish.

- β8-10 slices italian flatbreadstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor brushing
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 sprig fresh rosemarychopped
- β saltto taste
- β black pepperto taste

Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

Slice the polish rye bread into 1-inch thick slices.

Brush the flatbread slices with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Place the flatbread slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the flatbread is crispy and golden brown.

Meanwhile, toast the polish rye bread slices until lightly browned.
