- β1 block (14 oz) Tofupressed and drained
- β2 cups Crispypanko breadcrumbs
- β2 tbsp Smokysmoked paprika
- β2 tbsp Croatianolive oil
- β10-12 bamboo skewers Skewerssoaked in water for 30 minutes
- β1 tsp Saltto taste
- β1 tsp Pepperto taste

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes and place on a plate.

3. In a shallow dish, mix together crispy, smoky, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
