Uruguayan Beef Empanadas (Keto)
A twist on traditional empanadas, these Uruguayan beef empanadas are low-carb and perfect for a keto diet.

Ingredients
- β1 pound Ground Beef
- β2 tablespoons Mirin
- β1 package Empanada Dough (keto version)
- β1/4 cup Bitter Chocolate Chipsfor garnish
- β1/2 cup Uruguayan Cheese (or similar)
- β1/2 cup Sour Creamfor serving
- β1/2 cup Chopped Onion
- β2 cloves Chopped Garlic
- βto taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out empanada dough and cut into circles.

Place a tablespoon of ground beef mixture in the center of each circle.

Fold the dough in half and press edges to seal.
