Smoky Lentil Stew
A hearty, comforting Chinese-style stew made with lentils and a blend of aromatic spices. Perfect for a chilly evening.
Ingredients

- β2 cups stew
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce aromatic
- β1 tablespoon smoked paprika smoky
- β1 tablespoon olive oil greek
- β1 medium, chopped onion
- β2 cloves, minced garlic
- β1 tablespoon, grated ginger
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and cook for another minute.

Add the smoked paprika and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add the soy sauce and stir to combine.

Add the lentils, stew, and 2 cups of water to the pot.
